STUDIO MANAGER/YAS SILVERLAKE |
STATUS: FULL TIME
HAVE YOU BEEN YAS'D?: Fast-paced yoga and indoor cycling studio is seeking passionate, service-oriented, positive and hard-working individuals with a love for health and fitness to join our team. We are a high-growth company looking for hyper-organized, efficient forward-thinking problem-solvers with exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
Through a positive and constructive style, the Studio Manager will provide leadership and vision necessary to ensure that the studio is exceeding our member's expectations.
The Studio Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Providing customer service and exceptional hospitality to YAS clients, handling client issues and concerns in a positive and timely manner.
- Work closely with the VP of Operations on the implementation of standard operational policies and procedures designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of our organization.
- Train, motivate, direct, coach and evaluate all of the studio staff, creating and maintaining a team that is highly personable, client-oriented and committed to achieving and exceeding both the studio and company goals.
- Maintaining the YAS brand's distinct culture and community.
- Supervising the studio's retail operations.
- Assisting the Corporate Team in other operational and administrative activities.
The Studio Manager will be expected to be in the studio on four days during the week (Monday through Friday) and one abbreviated day during the weekend. In addition, Managers may be asked to work 5-10 additional flex-hours during the week based on Company needs.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior managerial and/or leadership experience.
- Experience in the health & fitness, hospitality and luxury brand a plus.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and service-oriented outlook.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members, leadership and clients.
- Enthusiasm for fitness, with a passion for our product.
- Ability to work flexible/non-traditional hours.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Must live within 10 miles of YAS Silverlake.
