IMMEDIATE JOB OPPORTUNITY
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a college education
Must have at least 2 years of management experience
Must be able to handle a fast paced environment
Must be athletic
Must understand chain of command
Must be aware
Must be able to sell & promote
Retail experience a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle the daily operations of a busy Fitness studio.
Assist in managing a staff of 25 including instructors and front desk.
Maintain a high level of customer service when greeting clients and answering questions knowledgeably.
Promote the activities of the studio consistently, promote classes to clients and establish a good rapport with clients and new students.
Manage class lists and signing in clients.
Answer phones and handle numerous requests for information.
Handle retail sales and maintain a current running inventory.
Performing administrative duties, such as working with General Manager to maintain the daily and monthly schedules, light filing, entering client information into computer system, maintain a log of the status of customer service and marketing related phone calls.
Keeping up the general appearance and cleanliness of the studio and stocking supplies.
Provide weekly reports to General Manager of tasks accomplished during the week.
HOURS 40+
Mostly morning shifts so you need to be a morning person.
SALARY
$10.00 per hour
10% commission on retail sales
Plus unlimited Yoga & Indoor Cycling Classes
Plus YAS Teachers Training ($1500 value) at the location you are working at After 6 month of employment

YAS Fitness Center (voted top fitness studio in all of Southern California) is looking for a dynamic and energetic person who is looking to grow with our company.
YAS is:
• Fast-Paced

Qualifications:

• Fast and accurate typing

• Participate in yoga and or spin classes (health conscious)
Responsibilities:
• Customer service

• Keeping the work environment clean and organized
Hours:
20 hours per week some weekdays and some weekends.
Compensation:
• $10.00 per hour
• 10% commission on retail sales
• Unlimited classes
• Free teachers training (value $1500.00).
